Testing Development
X2E provides extensive testing capabilities. We develop tests for our software which are completely adjusted to specific test scenarios i.e. to the requirements of the relevant products.
We also offer functional and final assembly tests for your devices and complex temperature testing.
Functional- / Final Test
At fist comes visual control. With more complex components follows a boundary scan test with integrated programming of non-volatile memories. Then, all assemblies undergo functional tests with test adapters. If necessary, these tests are also used for hardware programming (EEPROMs, Controller etc.).
Fully assembled systems are checked with a final functional test. Here, all components are controlled with database support and linked to relevant parameters from production and controlling.
